After going over peoples food logs I have noticed the 80% rule in effect. It is more of a guideline, but basically if you have at least 80% compliance on your food intake you can see great results. I mentioned my 68 year old mother yesterday. After looking at her food log I noticed she has been eating at about 80% paleo. Her exercise level is moderate and she has seen great results. The big danger is striving for 80% and hitting lower. Strive for greater than 80% compliance on your eating to give yourself some wiggle room. (Wiggle room in you jeans as well!)
