The main portion today is the strength. If you are working out 5+ days a week, lay off the following. I want everyone to focus on recovery this week. If you are sore and stiff spend time warming up and stretching. Try to foam roll your trouble spots. Take your fish oils and eat well. Get sleep and use your workouts to relieve stress.
