Tabata airdyne 20 sec fast, 10 sec slow for distance rest 1 minute
tabata   row 20 sec fast, 10 sec slow for distance rest 1 minute
tabata ball slams rest 1 minute
tabata jump squats rest 1 minute
tabata ab mat situps
