WOD
Deadlift 5-3-3-3-1 use good form if form breaks down lower weight
rest 5 minutes then
Pick a cindy goal Example 20 rounds in 20 minutes that would equal 1 minute per round (interval)
go 4 rounds on the minute (interval) descend 1-4 (get progressively faster) then rest 1 interval cycle
repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds. This should show you what it will feel like to work at the pace you would like to hold for a "cindy".
