2 Hang power cleans each minute for 20 minutes
5 x 2 with empty bar
5 x 2 @ 50% 1 rep max
5 x 2 @ 60% 1 rep max
5 x 2 @ 70% 1 rep max
Check out this stretch. It is important to spend some time on our flexiblity each day. Warm up with dynamic stretching. This would be a good one to do after todays workout.
