New Box!
Folks I just signed a lease for our new box. It is located in the Thompson Valley Towne Center in the back. The shopping center is the one with the South King Soopers. Find Dominoe's Pizza and then Drive around to the back of the shopping area. I will have pics up later this week and a map. With the south west Loveland location we are next to TVHS and close to 402 which should make it easy for people to come from Berthoud and Longmont to get their CrossFit Fix!

Getting Ready for our new box!

Getting Stronger
Theresa is getting stronger. Before today her back squat 1 rep max was 85#. Today she did 2 sets of 3 FRONT squats at 95#. Great Job Theresa.
