Go light on OHS this can be a rough combo!

A1. Overhead Squat- 5 x 3-5 @ 30×1 tempo rest 1-2 min

A2. Deadlift- 5 x 3-5 @ 30×1 tempo rest 1-2 minutes

B. In teams of 3, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 Calories of AD or Rowing

10 Dumbbell Push Press

As soon as ad or rower is open next person jumps in.
